Pitch Arcade: First Run

First Run is not a competition.
It is a global founder practice season.
No eliminations.
No brackets.

This system is designed to reward iteration, clarity, and consistency.
1. Core Model
Pitch Arcade operates as a continuous improvement system.
What we optimize for:

5. Evaluation Criteria
We reward:
- Iteration (resubmissions)

- Engagement with feedback
- Consistent participation
- Community contribution
We do NOT reward:
- One-time submissions
- Social following
- Volume without improvement
6. Recognition Mechanics
Pitch of the Day
- Selected daily from active submissions
- Based on clarity, originality, or iteration quality
Weekly Recognition
- Editorial selection
- Based on overall progression, not single entries
7. End of Season Output
At the end of First Run:
- Top pitches are editorially selected
- IRL + online signal is combined
- Final outputs are prepared for public release
This is not a final round.
This is a signal filter.
8. Positioning
Traditional pitch competitions reward performance under pressure.
Pitch Arcade rewards:
- Learning speed
- Adaptability
- Clarity of thinking
This system is designed to reflect how real founders improve.
9. Next Steps
First Run establishes the base layer.
Future iterations will:
- Increase signal density
- Expand exposure for top pitches
- Introduce downstream opportunities
Final Note
If your goal is visibility, submit once.
If your goal is improvement, iterate.
This system rewards the second.
Build. Refine. Repeat.
