Pitch Arcade

A space for founders using Pitch Arcade to reflect, learn, and sharpen their thinking over time.

This isn’t about pitching louder. It’s about learning faster.

This forum exists to help founders learn from Pitch Arcade feedback, spot patterns, and gain clarity through reflection, not to promote or pitch.

👉 Before posting, read the pinned topic for how this space works, what belongs here, and how to post well.

If you want visibility, this isn’t the place.
If you want clarity, you’re home.

  • Pause here before you change anything.

This category is for making sense of Pitch Arcade feedback: what surprised you, conflicted, or didn’t land the way you expected.

👉 Read the pinned topic for how to use this space well, what to share, and how to respond to others.

This is about understanding the signal, not defending or deciding.

Making Sense of Your Pitch Feedback Come here immediately after receiving feedback, before you change anything. This category is for sense-making, not verdicts. Use This Category To Share what surprised you Name where feedback conflicted or didn’t land as expected Explore why different personas reacted differently Surface assumptions the feedback challenged Share Short excerpts or summaries of feedback (not full dumps) Your interpretation of what it might mean Where you feel unsure or conflicted Don’t Share Your full pitch Defensive justifications Requests for validation “Who’s right?” arguments Helpful Framing “The feedback I didn’t expect was…” “Two personas reacted very differently, and I think it’s because…” “This comment keeps bothering me, and I’m not sure why…” “I thought my core message was X, but the feedback suggests Y…” How to Respond Here Help clarify, don’t correct Ask questions before offering opinions Point out patterns you’ve seen elsewhere Avoid prescribing solutions too early Confusion is not failure. Defensiveness is a signal. Take your time here.
  • Pitch of the Week

Where we make visible what good iteration looks like.

This category highlights one pitch each week that shows clarity, meaningful improvement, or strong engagement with feedback.

👉 Read the pinned topic for how selections work, how to participate constructively, and what this space is (and isn’t) for.

This is about recognising signal and progress, not popularity or performance.

@Rifali said in Pitch Arcade v2 coming soon!: I had exactly the same thought ("used to reactions ...") and it took me few seconds to change the narrative of my mind and then did click the ^ button. Also to reply to a certain post like the one above , i can't reply directly, have to post it as seperate comment. We can quote something to reply directly to it. but yes, it posts as a new comment in the thread
