First Run is not a competition.
It is a global founder practice season.No eliminations.
No brackets.
No leaderboard dominance.This system is designed to reward iteration, clarity, and consistency.
1. Core Model
Pitch Arcade operates as a continuous improvement system.
What we optimize for:
- Iteration over one-shot submissions
- Signal over performance
- Progress over visibility
What we remove:
- Elimination mechanics
- Scarcity pressure
- Winner-takes-all outcomes
All participants remain active throughout the season.

3. Participation Flow
Entry
- Open to all participants
- Submit 1 pitch (Bronze)
- Receive structured feedback
Iteration
- Resubmission is optional but expected
- Progress is based on improvement
4. Progression System
Bronze → Silver → Gold
Progression is based on score + iteration quality.
- 70+ (Bronze) → Earn another Bronze
- 80+ (Bronze) → Unlock Silver Coin
- 85+ (Silver) → Unlock Gold Coin
No resets.
No eliminations.
No limits on resubmissions.
5. Evaluation Criteria
We reward:
- Iteration (resubmissions)
- Clarity improvement
- Engagement with feedback
- Consistent participation
- Community contribution
We do NOT reward:
- One-time submissions
- Social following
- Volume without improvement
6. Recognition Mechanics
Pitch of the Day
- Selected daily from active submissions
- Based on clarity, originality, or iteration quality
Weekly Recognition
- Editorial selection
- Based on overall progression, not single entries
7. End of Season Output
At the end of First Run:
- Top pitches are editorially selected
- IRL + online signal is combined
- Final outputs are prepared for public release
This is not a final round.
This is a signal filter.
